Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to educate customers on how we can help improve their business
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of the construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on new products and services
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
