Job Title: Territory Manager - Post-Acute Care Sales

At Masimo, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive growth in the Post-Acute market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales quotas and grow the Post-Acute market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including homecare, long-term care, and WIC providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical support and sales management, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on Post-Acute markets.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-80% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience with high-technology healthcare solutions.
  • Successful sales management experience.
