Position Opening: Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Ohio. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing our business in the region by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and sales revenue in the Ohio territory.
  • Sell solutions to meet customers' unique needs, adapting sales strategies to match individual sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Develop innovative business proposals based on customer needs and goals analysis.
  • Spearhead the development of corporate outpatient clinics' strategies.
  • Review preferred pricing contracts with other manufacturers for clinic customers.
  • Install new equipment and educate end-users on its functioning, cleaning, and handling.
  • Coordinate equipment and personnel for the annual sales conference.
  • Assist other sales representatives with product demos and serve as a resource for them.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Pursue training and development opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to improve service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable selling in a clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and familiarity with its concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Effective and clear communication skills.
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization.
  • Around 80% travel.
