The Role: Chef de Cuisine
- Direct and maintain Corner Table Restaurants' culinary vision
- Oversee and direct all kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold rigorous food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
- Make final hiring decisions for back-of-house staff
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies
- Manage labor and kitchen waste
- Train values and maintain cultural integrity
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in high-volume restaurants
- You are highly confident in your abilities and detail-oriented
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and can have fun while working
