Estimated Salary: $25/hour

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in French cuisine, with experience in managing and leading kitchen teams. They will be responsible for directing and supervising all kitchen activities, enforcing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and training and managing back-of-house team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Culinary production in accordance with French brand and cuisine
  • Following menus and pre-determined recipes while incorporating new ideas
  • Daily line check to ensure consistent tastes, temperatures, and quality of items
  • Working in partnership with Head Trainer to ensure instruction to crew members is accessible
  • Managing, leading, and developing skills of team members with and without disabilities
  • Meeting or exceeding budgeting goals
  • Collaborating with management to plan special events
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Following all Department of Health rules and regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ pounds
  • Communicating clearly and calmly with team members
