We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Flyfish Club, a fine dining establishment located in a picturesque setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
Job Responsibilities- Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to our seasonal menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and presentation meets our high standards.
- Kitchen Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Innovative Ideas: Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients, enhancing the culinary experience for our guests.
- Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fine dining or elevated restaurant setting.
- Cooking Knowledge: Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
