Sous Chef Opportunity with Launchpad Hospitality

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Launchpad Hospitality LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our innovative sushi restaurant.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support our Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff training. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • Train and coach junior staff members
  • Maintain high health and safety standards

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent position
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and department of health standards
