Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of inspectors, fostering collaboration between production and engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding multimillion-pound projects, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold and enforce compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, while navigating the complexities of large-scale operations.


Compensation:
Competitive salary up to £65,000.


Location:
Flexible work arrangements available.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in production management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in people management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with clients and address quality-related issues.
  • Desirable: Degree qualification and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Formal ISO audit training is a plus.
