About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant II plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Hubbell's offices. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks to support the organization's operations. Additionally, this position entails drafting documents, reports, presentations, and editing as needed. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You'll also need to be able to multitask, have excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
