About the Role

The Retail Banking Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail banking department. This includes researching and resolving transaction issues, assisting with software administration, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a retail banking setting.
  • Assist with the administration of new software systems and provide ongoing support to staff.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding training for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
