Job Description

Our Customer Support Coordinator will provide exceptional support to the Retail Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes resolving transaction issues, assisting with software administration, and performing records retention tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Researches and resolves transaction issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assists with the administration of new software systems, providing ongoing support to staff.
  • Performs records retention tasks for the Retail Department as needed.
  • Reviews daily departmental reports and completes monthly retail reports.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $40,000, with additional compensation and benefits offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, student loan assistance, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
