Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant II at Hubbell Power Systems is a critical role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.

A Day In The Life:

As an Administrative Assistant II, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintaining and updating paper and electronic records, databases, and filing systems
• Coordinating meetings, presentations, and events
• Drafting and proofreading documents, reports, presentations, and assisting with editing and formatting as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Actively participating in special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

• High School Diploma (required)
• 1-3 years of previous Customer Service, Support or Administrative experience (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
