Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Support Specialist to join our team at our Cottage St. Office in Littleton, NH. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Position:

The Retail Support Specialist will perform a variety of duties in support of the Retail and Training Department, including researching and resolving transaction issues, serving as backup for Teller balancing, scheduling staff meetings and setting up Webex invitations, and monitoring attendance sheets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Resolution: Research and resolve transaction issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teller Backup: Serve as backup for Teller balancing and ensure accuracy and efficiency in this process.
  • Scheduling and Event Planning: Schedule and facilitate Onboarding training for new hires and coordinate logistics for these events.
  • System Administration: Assist with the administration of new Teller/CSR software systems and provide ongoing support to staff.
  • Record Keeping: Perform records retention for the Retail Department as needed.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Review daily departmental reports and complete monthly Retail reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain attention to detail is crucial in this position, particularly when working with financial transactions and reports.
  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
