Job Title: Midwest Territory Manager

Controlled Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in the Midwest region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through research and lead generation
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales calls and set appointments
  • Manage a healthy pipeline to convert leads into landed accounts
  • Assist with marketing activities and maintain records in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven sales success in a similar role
  • Highly self-sufficient with excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the territory and potentially to our Indianapolis HQ
  • Industry experience is a plus
