Reporting to the US Sales Director - Trailers, this role is responsible for driving sales growth in assigned product lines and supporting the success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing and new customers/dealers to drive sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and dealers to launch new products in a defined geographical area.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development to territory managers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for assigned product specialties.
Requirements:
  • Background in trailer, construction, or heavy truck sales experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Business considered a strong asset.
