Account Manager Role

Join CentralSquare Technologies in revolutionizing the way public agencies serve citizens.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, promoting and expanding CentralSquare business within assigned territories.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, building complex web-based enterprise applications for the public sector. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, client references, add-on sales, and renewal of annual system maintenance, you will be an essential part of our sales team.

  • Develop and maintain sales coverage for assigned territories, selling additional add-ons and cross-sell products to CentralSquare customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, monitored through regular reviews with your manager.
  • Promote whitespace selling of additional cross-sell products and complex CentralSquare offerings, utilizing CSVS tools and maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Key skills and requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other MS Office products.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in software sales.
