Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Demand Generation to drive new business revenue into assigned vertical territories. Your primary responsibility will be to identify target prospects and stakeholders, engage with them effectively, and utilize leading sales technology to meet activity and meeting quotas per month.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop targeted lists for outreach using ZoomInfo
  • Work with marketing and Sales Executives to create and drive nurture programs supporting pipeline development
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for Aprimo solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value of Aprimo's products through product content and live demonstrations
  • Generate high-quality first-time appointments per month for Sales Executives
  • Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline exceeding 3x of the vertical team annual quota
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within a software provider, SaaS, digital, or technical sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting target goals and booking meetings in a new business BDM/MDR role
Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
