Business Development Executive

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for Addison Group. This dynamic professional is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with Recruiters to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research to identify key prospects and tailor marketing approaches to meet their needs
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and partnerships to drive business growth
- Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
- Represent Addison Group in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally
- Four-year degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
