Job Summary

We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with assigned customers and encouraging them to engage with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with assigned customers and encourage them to participate in our services
  • Re-engage customers who have stopped participating
  • Share information about outreach and engagement efforts with case managers
  • Inform case managers of any barriers preventing customers from fully engaging with our services
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of post-secondary education and two years of experience in outreach activities
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Organizational and outcome-driven mindset
Work Environment

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, except on federal holidays.
