Job Summary

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Community Engagement Specialist to support The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) in delivering clean energy demonstration projects at scale. The successful candidate will coordinate and advise client staff and leadership on opportunities for supporting communities associated with the client demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead community outreach activities to identify necessary programs and services.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of programs to meet the Community benefit objectives.
  • Review reports on the effectiveness of Community Benefit Programs and suggest and implement improvements.
  • Plan and manage outreach activities for increased awareness of programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
  • 10+ years of community involvement experience.
  • Experience in Clean Energy desired.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: Includes competitive compensation and benefits package.
