Community Engagement Opportunity

Strategies For Change Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing and empowering voters in specific U.S. based states and territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with community members to provide them with accurate and relevant information about upcoming elections, candidates, and important ballot measures.
  • Encourage community members to participate in the electoral process.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.

Requirements:
  • Professional, diligent, organized, self-starter, and able to work autonomously.
  • Previous experience and knowledge within these roles are a plus.
  • The skill and ability to write and read.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in political and/or electoral engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of field strategy, targeting, and metrics.
  • Knowledge and experience of Canvassing Software and Platforms.

Compensation:
$22 - $27 per hour (Role & Project Based, Varies)
