About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our market-leading janitorial and facilities maintenance company in New York. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the NYC region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our range of janitorial and facilities maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the NYC region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote our range of janitorial and facilities maintenance services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facilities maintenance, or related services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
- Familiarity with the New York market is a plus.
