Office Administrator Assistant

At Hoffman Construction Company, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Administrator to join our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project managers and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with various clerical functions, including data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain company lists and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Negotiate package deals with local hotels for out-of-town travelers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending meetings and events.
- Provide backup support to other administrative roles as needed.
- Manage jobsite incoming and outgoing mail accounts.
- Perform various administrative assistant duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of administrative support experience.
- Experience with data entry and document preparation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
