Office Administrator Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Office Administrator to join our team at Hoffman Construction Company. As a key member of our Operations department, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with various clerical functions
- Maintain company lists and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Provide backup support to other administrative roles
- Manage jobsite mail accounts and office supplies
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
