Job Overview

In the role of Security Risk Management Consultant, you will oversee and guide internal risk management initiatives, particularly focusing on the integration of ServiceNow within Global Security Operations. This position demands a proactive mindset for problem-solving while nurturing strong relationships as a key liaison with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of ServiceNow from project inception through execution, testing, and future enhancements for Global Security Operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for both internal and cross-functional risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with physical security teams to conduct comprehensive security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and formulate action plans.
  • Monitor project progress and resource allocation; implement necessary adjustments and review status reports from project teams.
  • Develop project plans and foster consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Assist management in project planning and coordination to ensure timely delivery within resource constraints.
  • Act as the documentation subject matter expert (SME) to streamline revisions and updates to existing documentation.
  • Facilitate information flow and assist in formatting communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure that threat, vulnerability, hazard, and risk data are sourced from credible authorities for reliable assessments.
  • Conduct regular meetings with client management to provide status updates.
  • Oversee daily operations and implement standards and best practices to maintain a cohesive global program.
  • Work closely with clients to develop strategies and systems that enhance employee safety and security.
  • Manage security system vendor selection and technology updates for new constructions and retrofits.
  • Provide updates on emerging technologies and solutions that may affect business operations.
  • Communicate project planning, status, issues, and risks promptly to internal security teams and management.
  • Track performance metrics to assess project progress and success.
  • Design standardized processes and best practices from initiation to completion in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Manage comprehensive project plans to ensure timely execution.
  • Research and assess industry standards to support project initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments and effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Create sustainable communication strategies and routines for consistent client execution.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen.
  • Exercise sound judgment in determining when to escalate obstacles or delays to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in security consulting or roles focused on holistic security risk assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as English, Journalism, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Communications; or equivalent experience.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of physical security risk management principles and industry standards.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible and adaptive learner, capable of accommodating changes in plans and contributing to team development.
  • Preferred certifications include CRMA, CRM, CRMP, PRM, RMP, or similar credentials.
Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $ $ /YR. USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
