Position Overview:

The Investigative Security Specialist, assigned to one of our major global clients, will perform a range of analytical and investigative functions within a high-performance Investigations Center.

This role involves conducting comprehensive research, gathering relevant data, identifying intelligence gaps, preparing briefs and case files, and fulfilling associated investigative and reporting obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute analysis and investigative services promptly and professionally, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Conduct all-source collection and research, including the analysis, evaluation, and integration of data from diverse sources.
  • Identify information/intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to produce assessments and recommendations.
  • Independently manage investigations of medium to high complexity.
  • Develop case project plans and review them with supervisors.
  • Extract critical information and insights from investigations and intelligence products, synthesizing them into actionable reports.
  • Prepare and review all submitted analysis and investigative reports to ensure accuracy and professional quality.
  • Establish and maintain investigative files for new cases, ensuring data is current.
  • Provide detailed analysis through specialized interpretation of threat information to inform decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of the client contract through appropriate metrics.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the client through proactive communication and anticipation of service needs.
  • Report any client relationship issues to the appropriate Pinkerton management personnel.
  • Participate in designated training sessions and review company training materials to enhance professional skills.
  • Submit accurate time and expense records in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, statistical analysis, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in corporate intelligence, investigative work, or threat assessment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $93,000 per year.
