Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to showcase our properties and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and preferences.
  • Leasing and Occupancy
    • Meet or exceed occupancy levels as established by the company's budget and goals.
    • Utilize professional leasing techniques to showcase properties and secure lease agreements.
    • Assist with the completion of monthly market surveys and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Document Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, including forms, leases, and documents.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of resident files.
    • Assist with periodic reporting requirements as needed.
  • Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
    • Report any incidents or concerns to the proper authorities in a timely manner.
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Assist residents with reporting maintenance needs and ensure timely completion.
    • Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion.
  • Other
    • Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing Laws.
    • Promote a professional image and adhere to the company's dress code policy.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
