Job Summary:

Tenica Global Solutions is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to coordinate IT projects and leverage their expertise to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in IT system strategic planning, design, transition, operations, and continual improvement of IT services.
  • Ensure all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to deliver the project effectively and successfully are created, maintained, and accurate.
  • Prepare necessary IT authorization documents, plans, and certifications for the operations, maintenance, and development of IT systems.
  • Ensure project reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate across the client's organization to ensure information sharing and interpreting IT language for a wide audience.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions; coordinate project schedules; create and distribute minutes and action items; and trace action items for successful completion.
  • Coordinate with networks host, authorization officials, and IT stakeholders regarding the management and upkeep of the ATOs, Risk Management Frameworks (RMFs), and other vital artifacts.
  • Organize and monitor multiple interconnected projects.
  • Liaise with primary and peripheral service providers, vendors, mission partners, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate efforts with user community stakeholders to refine system requirements, mature technical specification, and prioritize customer recommended features.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly.
  • 3-5 years of experience working within an IC Agency.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience on large-scale programs with hands-on experience in project management office processes and procedures.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited supervision and feedback.
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the client's organization, as well as other external client customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy.
  • Proficiency in standard office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years.
  • Associate's Degree + 10 Years.
  • Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years.
  • Master's Degree + 6 Years.
  • PhD + 4 Years.
