Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by managing the flow of customers through the store.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary document information from insurance companies.
- Offer customers accurate and helpful information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- File patient records daily and retrieve files for the next day's appointments.
- Monitor order status and notify customers of delays or arrivals.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, as well as manage office supplies inventory.
- Participate in regular mandatory communication meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines is preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
