Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Byron Center, MI. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, triaging patients, and maintaining a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client care and serve as a patient advocate
  • Triage patients and assess their needs
  • Maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technological equipment and provide the latest animal healthcare treatment services
  • Work collaboratively with our seasoned Emergency Veterinarians, Technicians, and Assistants to provide high-quality medical care
Requirements
  • Previous Veterinary Reception experience preferred
  • Ability to critically think and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Passion for providing exceptional client care and being a patient advocate
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
  • Dependable, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Detail Oriented
  • Kind, hardworking, humble TEAM player
