This role is essential as you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the essence of Southern hospitality.

As a full-time employee (7 am-3 pm), you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming phone calls, assisting callers or redirecting as necessary.

  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with bell staff and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous front desk or concierge experience is required; luxury boutique hotel experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.
