We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Limited Hotel by Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Respond to guest feedback and concerns to continually improve their experience
  • Manage transactions and ensure secure processing in line with hotel policies
  • Assist in increasing occupancy and room rates through upselling and managing walk-ins
  • Coordinate room assignments for airline crews and ensure a seamless check-in process
  • Reconcile open balances using Lightspeed PMS
What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly attitude and a commitment to excellent service
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with occasional bending and lifting
  • Previous experience with Marriott and Lightspeed PMS is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and weekends as needed
