Job Title: Market Business Development Manager

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Market Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy for a specific geographic area. This includes developing relationships with referral sources, payers, and healthcare facilities to promote our services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan and identify potential referral opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical and Operational team to understand customer needs and processes.
  • Engage with customers in-person to educate them on our services, features, and benefits.
  • Manage existing account relationships and build relationship depth with current customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Align marketing and business development strategy with the Director of Business Operations' business strategy and vision.
  • Achieve budgeted financial targets for the assigned area.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Minimum of one year business development experience in healthcare or other relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Frequent daily travel throughout the specific geographic area, with occasional overnight travel.
