  • Performance Reporting: Conduct formal quarterly business reviews and proactive performance reports for applicable stakeholders.
  • Account Growth: Meet or exceed account portfolio growth targets set by brokerage leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of account management experience, ideally at a reputable 3PL or brokerage.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, requirements, and best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers at various levels of an organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Good collaborator and strong problem-solving analytical skills to provide real-time solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Effective multitasker that manages stress well.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
