Junior Account Manager/Customer Service Liaison

Core Force is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment with our sales, operations, and logistics departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to efficiently process and allocate customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely routing and shipping of freight, and accurate billing.
- Analyze daily and weekly reports to identify areas of concern and proactively address them.
- Stay up-to-date with retail compliance and routing requirements for major retailers.
- 2+ years of recent customer service experience with order management in a warehouse/3PL environment or similar capacity at an importer or wholesaler.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills with excellent follow-up abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Adept at working with large quantities of data and rapidly adapting to system and data changes.
