AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Curam Business Analyst to collaborate closely with technical teams and functional units within the organization.


Detailed Job Description:

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong customer service orientation, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation communication is essential.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities. 16 Years Required
  • Lead projects to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures. 16 Years Required
  • Demonstrate experience in Information Technology project management and analytical skills, particularly in Change Management for mid to large-scale IT projects. 10 Years Required
  • Design job aids and training scripts for diverse audiences, both internal and external. 8 Years Required
  • Engage in Business Process Design and possess strong analytical skills. 8 Years Required
  • Utilize Curam software effectively. 7 Years Required
  • Apply data analytics expertise. 7 Years Required
  • Develop and implement communication strategies while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment. 5 Years Required
  • Design and execute metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and knowledge retention. 5 Years Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio. 4 Years Required
  • Serve as a training lead, acting as a liaison between stakeholders in the development of system and policy training materials. 4 Years Required
  • Experience in creating and managing online learning and training initiatives. 4 Years Required
  • Produce and refine written documentation for various training formats. 4 Years Required
  • Experience in Health Care IT systems is highly desirable. 2 Years Desired
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint. 2 Years Required
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and time management capabilities. 1 Year Required
  • Participate in IT project implementations or COTS package deployments. 3 Years Required
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2 Years Required
