Go Intellects Inc is in search of a candidate who is customer-focused, possesses strong interpersonal abilities, and can manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.

As a Senior Curam Solutions Analyst, your role will involve working intimately with the technical workstreams and functional teams to evaluate existing challenges and pinpoint opportunities for business process enhancement through system design and modernization initiatives. The Analyst will assess current workflows and propose areas for refinement and optimization. Prior experience with Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, and other Social Services programs is required. Familiarity with the Curam software product or other Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions is highly desirable.

This position is integral to the team, where every issue related to the platform is treated as a personal challenge, demonstrating the initiative and critical thinking necessary to address all problems effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with Curam Global Income Support and HealthCare Reform Business Application Suite
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and data presentation
- Experience in planning and leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and creating functional design documents
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding of design and development principles, along with familiarity with design patterns and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- A strong ethical foundation, thriving in an environment where honesty, integrity, and accountability are core values
- A collaborative mindset, team orientation, and a desire to contribute to the success of others
Responsibilities:
- Provide status updates, quality assurance monitoring, and ensure compliance with procedures
- Act as a liaison between project teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements
- Review and prioritize defects raised from the production environment, managing the backlog
- Validate deliverables submitted by vendors
- Conduct data analysis and create metrics for all customer service tickets raised
- Ensure quality control across all technical workstreams
- Define and maintain the end-to-end process for functional batch executions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for project transparency, compliance, and knowledge management
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures
- Prepare presentations for the technical team
- Provide system analysis, development, and production support
- Design functional approaches to customize features using the Curam Business Application Suite
- Lead requirement gathering sessions according to agreed project scope for various application areas
- Participate in and lead systems analysis and gap analysis
- Produce client-approved deliverables required in standard project development, including functional requirements, training content, job aids, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, test cases, and plans
- Support team members throughout the development and testing of functional designs

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
