Compensation: $100.00/hour on W2

Job Responsibilities

The selected contractor will be tasked with:

  • Defining and articulating systems scope and objectives based on user requirements and a comprehensive understanding of business systems and industry standards.
  • Addressing and resolving intricate application defects and issues within the Curam platform.
  • Collaborating with team members to diagnose, resolve, and assign issues to the relevant work streams within the Curam application.
  • Managing production issues and defects while designing, developing, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Participating in design sessions and translating complex technical processes into understandable terms for less technical team members.
  • Assisting in system enhancements utilizing the Curam platform.

The individual will integrate into the DCAS Team, taking ownership of application-related challenges and demonstrating the necessary initiative and analytical skills to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

This is a remote position.
