Job Title: Senior Curam Business Analyst

**Job Summary:**

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Curam Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Curam Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our technical workstreams and functional team to deliver high-quality business solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Lead projects and ensure they are in compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Utilize project management and analytical skills to drive mid-to-large scale IT projects with a focus on Change Management.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans and work with internal and external staff in a diverse multi-tiered environment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate metric measuring systems to gauge acceptance and knowledge of training sessions and manuals.
  • Efficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Develop, maintain, and administer online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer through other methods.
  • Produce and edit written documentation for online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Operate in a Health Care related IT System.
  • Utilize project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
  • Develop excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and time-management ability.

**Requirements:**

  • 16 years of experience in IT project management and analytical skills.
  • 10 years of experience in Information Tech Project management and analytical skills on a mid-large scale IT project with a particular focus on Change Mgmt.
  • 8 years of experience in Business Process Design and analytical skills.
  • 7 years of experience in Curam and Data Analytics.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and executing communication plans and working with internal and external staff in a diverse multi-tiered environment.
  • 4 years of experience in efficiently utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • 4 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and administering online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer through other methods.
  • 4 years of experience in producing and editing written documentation for online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer.
  • 2 years of experience in operating in a Health Care related IT System.
  • 2 years of experience in utilizing project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
  • 1 year of experience in developing excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and time-management ability.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

**Work Environment:**
