Detailed Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation communication is essential.

As a Senior Curam Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing existing challenges and identifying opportunities for business process enhancements through system design and modernization initiatives.
  • Evaluating current workflows and proposing areas for optimization.
  • Utilizing prior experience with Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, and other Social Services programs.
  • Leveraging experience with Curam software or other Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products.

The successful candidate will integrate into the team, treating every issue related to the platform as a personal challenge, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking to resolve all associated problems.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience with Curam Global Income Support and HealthCare Reform Business Application Suite.
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
  • Experience in planning and leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and creating functional design documents.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of design and development principles, including familiarity with design patterns and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • A solid ethical foundation, thriving in an environment where honesty, integrity, and accountability are paramount.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a team-oriented approach and a desire to contribute to the success of others.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing status updates, quality assurance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Acting as a liaison between project teams and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing defects raised from the production environment and managing the backlog.
  • Validating deliverables submitted by vendors.
  • Conducting data analysis and creating metrics for all customer service tickets raised.
  • Ensuring quality control across all technical workstreams.
  • Defining and maintaining the end-to-end process for functional batch executions.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for project transparency, compliance, and knowledge management.
  • Drafting Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Preparing presentations for the technical team.
  • Providing system analysis, development, and production support.
  • Designing functional approaches to customize capabilities using the Curam Business Application Suite.
  • Leading requirement gathering sessions based on agreed project scope.
  • Participating in systems analysis and gap analysis.
  • Producing client-approved deliverables, including functional requirements, training content, job aids, use cases, and test plans.
  • Supporting team members through the development and testing of functional designs.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
