Job Overview:


AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Curam Business Analyst who will engage closely with both technical and functional teams to drive project success.


Detailed Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, possess exceptional interpersonal abilities, and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.


Key Competencies:
1. Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities. 16 Years Required
2. Leading initiatives while ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. 16 Years Required


3. Proficient in Information Technology project management and analytical skills for mid to large-scale IT projects, particularly focusing on Change Management. 10 Years Required

4. Experience in designing training materials and job aids for diverse audiences. 8 Years Required

5. Background in Business Process Design and analytical capabilities. 8 Years Required

6. Curam platform experience. 7 Years Required

7. Data Analytics expertise. 7 Years Required


8. Proven ability to create and implement communication strategies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment. 5 Years Required


9. Experience in developing and executing metrics to assess training effectiveness and comprehension. 5 Years Required

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio. 4 Years Required


11. Experience in a training lead role, acting as a liaison between stakeholders in the design and development of training materials. 4 Years Required

12. Background in developing, maintaining, and facilitating online learning and knowledge transfer initiatives. 4 Years Required

13. Experience in producing and refining written documentation for training and knowledge transfer. 4 Years Required

14. Familiarity with Health Care IT systems. 2 Years Highly Desired

15. Proficient in project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint. 2 Years Required

16. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and effective time management abilities. 1 Year Required

17. Experience in IT project execution or COTS package implementation. 3 Years Required

18. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience. 2 Years Required
