Role Summary

Go Intellects Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Curam Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with technical workstreams and functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions for business process enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize your expertise in Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, and other Social Services programs to inform your analyses.
  • Work with the Curam software product or similar Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Perform data analysis and develop metrics for customer service tickets.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for project transparency and compliance.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce client-approved deliverables.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of design and development concepts, including familiarity with design patterns and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to thrive in a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
