Go Intellects Inc is in search of a candidate who is customer-focused, possesses strong interpersonal abilities, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
As a Senior Curam Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to work in tandem with technical workstreams and functional teams to evaluate existing challenges and pinpoint opportunities for business process enhancement through system design and modernization initiatives. The Analyst will be tasked with assessing current workflows and suggesting areas for refinement and optimization. Experience with Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, and other Social Services programs is required. Familiarity with the Curam software product or other Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions is highly desirable.
This role will require you to become a vital member of the team, treating every issue related to the platform as your own, and demonstrating the initiative and critical thinking skills necessary to address all challenges effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with Curam Global Income Support and HealthCare Reform Business Application Suite
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and data presentation
- Experience in planning and leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and creating functional design documents
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding of design and development principles, along with familiarity with design patterns and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- A solid ethical foundation, thriving in an environment where honesty, integrity, and accountability are core values
- A collaborative mindset, team orientation, and a desire to contribute to the success of others
Responsibilities:
1. Provide status updates, quality assurance monitoring, and ensure compliance with procedures.
2. Act as a liaison between project teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
3. Review and prioritize defects raised from the production environment and manage the backlog.
4. Validate deliverables submitted by vendors.
5. Conduct data analysis and generate metrics for all customer service tickets raised by end users.
6. Oversee quality control of all technical workstreams.
7. Define and maintain the end-to-end process for functional batch executions.
8. Ensure comprehensive documentation for project transparency, compliance, and knowledge management.
9. Draft Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Prepare presentations for the technical team.
11. Provide system analysis, development, and production support.
12. Design functional approaches to customize capabilities using the Curam Business Application Suite.
13. Lead requirement gathering sessions based on agreed project scope for various application areas.
14. Participate in and lead systems analysis and gap analysis.
15. Produce client-approved deliverables required in standard project development, including functional requirements, training content, job aids, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, test cases, and plans.
16. Support team members through the development and testing of functional designs.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
