Position: Sales Manager

Location: Boston

This role requires travel of up to 50% within the designated region.

About Lumenis:

Lumenis stands as a global frontrunner in minimally invasive clinical solutions tailored for the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic sectors, focusing on pioneering energy-based technologies such as Laser, IPL, and RF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and grow sales within the current customer portfolio
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly strategies to optimize customer engagement
  • Accurately forecast and submit sales reports promptly
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to meet sales objectives
  • Travel within the designated region and across the United States for various business engagements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in B2B or capital equipment
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle necessary
