About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at ARC Document Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the sale of Managed Print Services, small format and wide format equipment sales, reprographics sales, color and graphics sales, digital archiving and information management, placements of the ARC Skysite SmartScreens, and sales of ARCs proprietary SKYSITE platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Study current business metrics, interview key customer contacts, and uncover additional new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Utilize Hubspot CRM to manage the sales pipeline and close opportunities consistently in all products assigned.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Initiate and follow sales process by understanding clients business drivers, building relationships, qualifying potential opportunities, presenting, and closing business.
  • Build and Manage an Active Pipeline: Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations to all levels within a client organization to effectively communicate the value proposition and solutions offered by ARC Document Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Interact with sales leadership and operational leaders to develop sales strategies that win new business and drive growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Participate in educational opportunities, training sessions, and maintain personal networks to stay current on industry trends and developments.
  • Understand and Communicate the Value Proposition: Understand the ARC Document Solutions Value Proposition and competitive advantages and deliver it formally to clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Hunter Mentality and Sales Skills: Demonstrate a hunter mentality, objection-handling, consultative selling, and closing skills to drive sales growth.
  • Technical Skills: Effectively use technology to communicate, manage data, record, and retrieve customer contacts, and access essential information about our business.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge of large and small format printing, as well as managed print services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Print Industry Sales Experience: Previous experience in print industry sales, preferably digital commercial print.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with prospecting, cold calling, use of a CRM tool (Hubspot is preferred), and managing a pipeline.
  • Outside Sales Experience: Outside sales/hunting experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Aptitude for technology and ability to leverage various technologies to drive efficiencies.
