Position Overview:

We are in search of a Platform Sales Specialist who will spearhead growth initiatives through our strategic alliances with industry leaders. This role demands a robust focus on business development, adept management of the sales pipeline, and a strong capability to close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will utilize their comprehensive knowledge of data protection and HYCU's offerings to identify and fulfill the needs of diverse organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit deep expertise in the relevant domain.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets through effective prospecting and closing of sales opportunities.
  • Emphasize financial outcomes and ROI models derived from the value of HYCU's solutions.
  • Present tailored HYCU solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Engage with prospects actively seeking solutions within the designated platforms.
  • Support marketing and channel-driven pipeline generation efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector, focusing on data protection or security.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in new business development within large organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Direct sales experience with industry leaders.
  • Background in data protection, cloud-native, or security sectors.
