As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on discovering and securing new business prospects, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue for SAP integration services. You will collaborate closely with potential clients to comprehend their requirements, deliver customized solutions, and guide them through the sales process to finalize agreements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Seek out and engage new clients through various avenues, including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline to meet and surpass sales objectives.
  • Client Interaction: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Grasp client needs, challenges, and business goals to propose tailored SAP integration solutions.
  • Solution Demonstration: Execute comprehensive presentations and demonstrations of our SAP integration offerings. Clearly communicate the value proposition, advantages, and unique selling points of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
  • Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the SAP integration domain. Leverage this knowledge to effectively position our solutions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Account Oversight: Guarantee client satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sale inquiries or issues. Partner with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution and value delivery.
  • Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management regarding sales performance and progress.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology or ERP sector, preferably with a focus on SAP integration solutions. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP integration technologies, ERP systems, and digital transformation. Familiarity with related software solutions and industry best practices is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proven capability to build relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in SAP or sales are advantageous.
  • Technology: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable utilizing virtual collaboration tools for remote work.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings or industry events.
