Position Summary:

The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for established accounts by promoting new offerings, optimizing product mixes, and facilitating upselling opportunities. This role involves providing comprehensive support to current clients, including the initiation of new products, technical sales assistance, and product testing. You will maintain strong customer relationships and support newly acquired accounts, ensuring dispenser maintenance and compliance with company policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance revenue through upselling, optimizing product mixes, and introducing new products to existing accounts.
  • Deliver product and technical support to clients through mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality assurance/control.
  • Assist in the initiation of new products, technical sales, and testing for new clientele.
  • Conduct repair and maintenance of dispensers.
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Lead initiatives within local industry organizations.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired accounts.
  • Provide insights on competitor activities and market trends to relevant organizational functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the industry.
  • Sales experience or aptitude is essential; experience in concrete quality assurance/control is preferred, along with mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and construction settings.
  • Valid driver's license and adherence to all traffic regulations.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs (31 kg).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel overnight, with a requirement of 25% - 50% travel.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and across the organization.
  • Adhere to company-wide policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of Master Builders Solutions products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and processes to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position Master Builders Solutions products ahead of competitors.
