Guest Services Supervisor

The Hampton Inn by Hilton Coconut Grove/Coral Gables is in search of a dedicated Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising the front desk operations, ensuring that guest satisfaction and service quality standards are consistently achieved, while managing all hotel departments in accordance with brand expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize guest service as the foremost objective of the establishment
- Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries and work towards exceeding guest expectations
- Empower team members to provide exceptional service through effective training and recognition
- Oversee front desk functions, including check-in/check-out processes and financial management
- Lead human resources activities such as recruitment, training, and performance assessments
