Job Summary

Aramark is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to oversee premium culinary operations at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles. This role will focus on managing daily culinary operations and special events, ensuring exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef to oversee the culinary team and ensure seamless daily operations and special events.
  • Develop and implement menu designs, production sheets, and inventory management systems to optimize margin improvement and performance metrics.
  • Maintain high-level client relationships, adapting to client needs and preferences while ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Coach and develop culinary and kitchen staff on best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals, including waste management, standard menus, and labor standards.
  • Manage food consumption estimates and requisitions, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Comply with all applicable safety, health, and union policies, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree preferred or at least 3 years of related culinary leadership experience in catering, special events, or high-volume settings.
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships, accepting feedback and revisions to build mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work event-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and potentially holiday hours.
